Cavare Sells Palio C PRS Project in Gdańsk to Urban Partners

Cavare sells Palio C PRS project in Gdańsk to Urban Partners. Cavare is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement for the sale of the Palio C project, located on Jana z Kolna Street in Gdańsk, to Urban Partners (formerly operating as @Nrep).

The transaction, covers 336 rental apartments with a total net lettable area (NLA) of 10,177 sq m, as well as 495 sq m of retail NLA.

The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027 and it will operate under the Lett brand.

Palio C forms part of the wider Palio development, located in the young city district, and represents a mixed-use project that will complement the well-established office function in the immediate vicinity, contributing to a balanced urban environment combining residential and business uses.

This latest sale builds on Cavare’s earlier PRS transaction in Warsaw at Ostrobramska Street, where the company sold a forward-funded PRS project consisting of 143 apartments and approximately 4,600 sq m of net lettable space to LifeSpot — a long-term rental platform managed by Griffin Capital Partners.

This transaction is aligned with Cavare’s long-term strategy to build a strong PRS (Private Rented Sector) platform in Poland. The company’s development pipeline currently includes over 2,700 rental apartments across the country’s largest cities.

Cavare would like to thank Bartłomiej Kordeczka and Kornelia Borowiec from Dentons, as well as the CBRE Poland team, for their advisory support throughout the Urban Partners transaction.
